Our Focus is to train employees in tech starting a new job (or employees already working but transitioned to a new role), to gain advance hands-on knowledge and skills in the workplace to be able to perform on the job, and pass their probation. Our career/leadership coach will assess your skills and knowledge gaps based on your roles, tools and technology used in your workplace, to determine where you need help the most to excel in their career.
