Our Focus is to train employees starting a new job (or employees already working but transitioned to a new role), to gain hands-on knowledge and skills in the workplace to be able to perform on the job. Our career/leadership coach will explore various opportunities and options for your employee's career development and knowledge gaps with tools and technology used in the workplace, to determine where they need help the most to excel in their career.
